TIPPER

Our robust 3-way tipper is intended for commercial vehicles' owners looking for a reliable product that can handle all loads and meets even the highest demands. The MBB tipper upgrade excels with its high rigidity and high corrosion resistance while having a relatively low weight. We provide a 3-year warranty for our tippers.

NOn the base chassis we add a four-axle tipper chassis that allows 3-way tipping to the back, left or right. The tipper chassis is fitted with a flatbed and a hydraulic cylinder. All the steel elements of the tipper chassis are zinc-coated and the columns are painted. The hydraulic system is powered by the vehicle battery and operated with an operating switch and using pin-bolts in the flatbed axles.

The rear wall has axles at the top and opens automatically when tipping. The flatbed floor is made from 2.5 mm thick zinc-coated steel sheet. The walls are made of aluminium; the side walls are 400 mm high and the front wall is 800 mm high. The upgrade is equipped with all the required lights. All lights are LED.
